Amazing Geb Sets New Marathon World Record!

Yesterday Haile Gebrselassie erased any doubt that he is the best middle-distance runner in history. With PRs such as 3:31 at 1500, 12:39 at 5k, 26:22 at 10k and now the new marathon world record [Link 2] of 2:04:26 (uncontested) there is no doubt his range and accomplishments out stride - everyone. At 4:44.758 per mile this is so impressive I can not think of another performance to compare it to. Bekele may change all this some day, but for now…nope.
